Haan wheels come fully assembled with Stainless steel spokes, Excel rims, Haan Wheels hubs and are come fitted with rim tape. Hubs are available in a large range of anodised colors and come complete with bearings, seals, spacers, brake disc bolts and the rear hub includes sprockets bolts. Haan Wheels is well known amongst Dakar competitors for building wheels which are strong and light. Wheels that can take some punishment and are thus perfect for a proper ADV bike! Haan's history goes back 45 years and the original founder of the company still works at the factory. There quite a few complete wheels in the standard lineup. Outside these we can basically have any wheel build for any bike on the market... yes you read it correctly any bike on the market. Whether it's a 50's BSA, a 70's Maico or the newest Honda Africa Twin or anything in between. Stock levels of over 8,000 rims and 300,000 set sof spokes mean we can deliver quickly too. Haan wheels are lighter and stronger than OEM, and the lower the unsprung weight, the better the suspension is able to cope with rough terrain. Quick facts about Haan Wheels hubs:
- Hubs are CNC machined from 1 piece billet 6082 T6 alloy
- Original brake disc and sprocket can be mounted on the hubs
- Hubs are fitted with Koyo bearing, no special sizes but easily available sizes worldwide
- Most rear hubs have 3 bearings instead of 2 on OEM
- All 65/85 cc hubs have 32 spokes, all other 36
- Centertube and spacer made out of 7075 alloy
- Hubs are delivered with complete with all mounting hardware
For complete wheels a full set must be ordered (front and rear wheel) We can build individual wheels using your original hub.
